Our Story

My name is Georges Eloundou Eloundou.
My journey is proof that it is possible to turn challenges into strength — and to build a stable life, even when starting with very little.

I was born in Cameroon. At 17, I lost my father. What followed was a very difficult period — the details are not important, but it shaped who I had to become.

Very early, I understood that life does not always give you choices — it gives you responsibility.

During my studies, I started building small businesses: selling books, clothes, and launching small projects, while managing a team and organizing direct deliveries to customers. Not to impress — but to learn, to grow, and to move forward.

At that time, I was also running these businesses to support myself and ease the burden on my mother.

These experiences taught me early on what it means to take responsibility, create value, and build something from nothing.

Later, I moved to Germany, where I studied and worked. While working full-time, I launched my first structured business under the name Bi-Bala, initially in German-speaking markets.

The business focused on importing Penja pepper from Cameroon and distributing it both wholesale and retail in Europe. This experience taught me how to operate across markets, manage supply chains, and build something concrete while handling the pressure of a full-time job.

It reinforced a principle I had already learned: Progress is not about having time. It is about making time.

Later, I moved to Switzerland. Within two years of working in a company, I made a decision that changed everything — I left my job and founded Bi-Bala Consulting, and later Bi-Bala Group.

Because I realized something important: Comfort can become a prison. And growth requires courage.

What I learned

Across different countries, environments, and experiences, one pattern became clear: People don’t fail because they lack potential.

They fail because they lack:

• clarity
• discipline
• courage

And without these three, nothing sustainable is built.
